I am not a camera expert and I'm about to buy my first digital camera. I would like something that takes moving things or to be able to make great night shots (like from concerts). I want it to have a zoom and my budget is $300. Thanks for your help. Any brand is fine !

I was wondering what kind of side effects you had when going off the depo shots. I know that a lot of people have had bad experiences on it...mine have been good so that is not what I'm looking for just what happens when you go off the shot. Thanks

I watch this kid whose mom is married to an abusive man. She refuses to leave this nut because he has her scared to death of leaving. He has threatened to burn her parents home down-also he told her if she left she would lose her son. The son is 7 years old and has serious issues with soiling his pants. She comes to pick her boy up and tells me everything this man does. She said he uses drugs-he drinks and refuses to work. She works as a manager at a fast food place. I have told her she needs to leave. I have showed her in the phone book and online resources she could tap into for help and support in leaving him. I don't know what else to do for her. She thinks she is doing the right thing for her son by staying. What else could or can I do to convince her she needs to take her son and leave? I worry about them both.

Assume the ratio of air/fuel is 14.3 : 1 by volume, normal unleaded fuel for a car, but what is the CO2 in weight. The media quotes CO2 released into atmosphere in (tons), I assume metric. A follow-up is how much volume is 1 lb CO2 at sea level, 72 degrees F?

I totally do. I watched her do the opener for the MTV VMAs and I just felt so bad for her. She couldn't dance, her "hair" was greasy, she couldn't even lip-sync her own song. She seemed lost and confused. She's certainly not built like she used to be, but considering she has two young children, I thought her body was decent. I think she needs to go into hiding for a while. Maybe with family. Somewhere without the media knowing where. Poor thing, I hope she can get through this and truly have a comeback sometime in the near future.

I think that at this point the argument can be made that the Yankees are the best team in MLB. They have the best offense any team has had for the last decade. You have to agree on that. The offensive numbers are staggering. They have the best bench in the majors and this has been said by major sports analysts. The bullpen is vastly improved from three months ago and the rotation has also come together. I am not saying that the bullpen and rotation are better than anyone else's but with the offense they have it is more then enough. I think that too many people look at the Yanks poor start and are just saying that they got lucky in the second half. Personally, I think that this Yankees team, with the current roster would be able to win at least 105 regular season games. I don't mean this year. I mean like if they had started the year with this roster. Right now they have the best record since the all star break and are pretty much the team nobody wants to face in the post-season.
