I have a squeek, its documented. The previous owner complained too. Its been over 5 years and they have NEVER fixed this problem. They claim they can not find the problem, but they can hear it, which means it could be a safety issue (it's unknown). When is it legal to sue? Or what is my next Step?

My 3 mo old kitten has a watery eye, with a light yellowish color that comes out in small portions throughout the day, he also sneezes quite a bit. Otherwise he runs around and plays, eats fine, goes to the bathroom fine, sleeps fine, he doesnt meow or hiss or anything like that. He's completey normal besides the water coming from his eye and slight yellowish crust (barely though). He may have URI and i have some Terramycin. I don't want to go to the vet for him to tell me he has a kitty cold and prescribe Terramycin and charge me $87 for the visit like last time.

What do you think is wrong with him? Has anyone dealt with this before?

I wear leather sandals all the time and I was goign with no socks around the house and sometimes i go barefoot outdoors (but i have recently stopped these 2 things) . My husband loves rubbing my feet...but i hate them being so rough. He will be home in 3 months after doing a 15 month deployment to Iraq...and Id love for my feet to be tender soft for him... any ideas? I use a pumice stone and it doesnt help

okay i tripped and now i look like ive been in an car accident! wtf is up with the guys i played fb with! they are all like oh did you break a nail! argh! i like to dress girly but playing sports is uber fun! and fb is easier to do where i live than baseball. plus whoppiong the guys is hilarious! especially when your wearing heels! Ladies, does your rectum hurt right around the time of menstration? When you have a bm, does it feel like it's swollen or something, hurts when pushing?

My mother has been married to my father for 18 years (they had me several years before they married) and he has had numerous affairs and lied to all of us over the past 11 years and yes, they are still together.
My problem is that she interferes with my relationship with my husband. She is constantly saying things that tend to put a jealous streak in me or make me paranoid and I realize that this is her mentality because of what she has been and is going through but, that is her choice and I have made it clear to her that we would do anything to help her get out of that marriage but she refuses. So how can I politely ask her to stay out of my marriage and quit seconding guessing every word that comes out of my husband's mouth because of her insecurities?

I bought a brand new Gray nicholls Fusion BAT and it says pre prepared on the face of the bat.....Can ne one tell me if i can use the bat tomorrow seeing that its pre prepared or does that just mean its been oiled...because i cant be bothered to break in my bat unless needed to so plz tell me if the term pre prepared means broken in or what.....

I have a dog that's 1 and a half years old. She recently had 15 puppies.. but only 13 remain. When they were just less than 2 weeks with their eyes still closed.. she attacked 5 of them, killing one brutaly. Ever since then we haven't let her alone with the puppies, but she still attacks them even while we're around. She is a very sweet dog and don't understand her behavior. I know she would never attack me or my husband but I'm worried about my unborn child. I will be due in another couple of months and worried sick she may be aggressive to my baby. Should I give her away to protect my child?

My property manager yelled at me for turning off the AC in my vacant NC home. She said it will form mildew and mold due to the high temperatures and humidity. Is this true? The home is a modern built home with no issues.

The AC bill runs $200 plus a month this time of year, so I thought I would turn it off. Is this a big deal or not. Last time I did this, the home seemed fine?
