Im in Michigan, filed a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit, FMLA lawsuit against employer....the judge recommended we try to settle out of court. I am new to this, my attorney wants to know what I believe is a reasonable offer. What would a reasonable offer be? I am out over 18000 back pay and promotion pay....the rest would be my emotional distress etc...

I read on a newswire that a 12-year old boy died as a result of an abcess in one of his teeth. Apperently the abcess travelled all the way to his brain. How can this be possible? I also read that some Egyptian pharoahs experienced this and this type of tooth decay lead to their demise. Luckily, I read too that this type of phenomenon is rare. If someone has any insight as to how this is possible, please let me know. I have children I take regularly to the dentist for checkups, but if one of them were to complain of a toothache I'd cringe at the thought of what may happen. I'd take them immediately to the dentist to take care of the problem. I guess this too can serve as something someone too can learn from this post. I'd appreciate any answers. Thanks.

We have bible studies and my Pastor is always telling us about a big movement for universal church. The big invisible body of believers.

We believe in Local church. We have authority over ourselves, and dont answer to a higher up. Our church is the body of Christ. Each member being a part of the body. Another local church is another body of Christ.

Just wondering how big it is, and how many people are believing it, and why.

I am 13 years old in 7th grade. I got my period in Febuary, 11 days after I turned 11. ((my birthday is feb. 10)) I have a size 34A breasts. I am 5'2 or 5'3 tall, and I weigh 103. I thought that this was the time I am supposed to grow a lot, but I have barely grown, only from a 32A when I was 11. Why wont they grow faster??? I really want them to grow to at least a 36A by the time school starts, on August 22, but I doubt that will happen....why wont they grow faster??? Please help!! Answers are appreciated!

Based on my experience in a previous martial art, and my research on the Internet, it sure seems like $500 is WAY too much for a 2 part black belt test (especially when the existing black belts aren't all that impressive). I get the sense that I'm just getting pumped for profit.....

I am 25 years old I have 3 children and the last year and ahalf have been really hard I have been struggling with depresion panic attacks and anxiety about 5 years ago I had twin boys who were born 4 months early and the smaller one Trea at just 14 oz.passed away shortly aflter birth, and our bigger baby Jordan at 1 lb 7 oz was in the hospital for 8 months and was ventalator dependent but doing well so they sent him home with us and 24 hour nursing care his body shut down and he passed away. I saw everything that happened and as they tried to bring him back and then had to tell my 3 year old that his brother was not ever coming back. I did ok for a while but I never got counseling or anything and I am just wondering if the problems I am having now are from PTSD or its just something else it is now summer and it seems worse but I am out of college for the summer so I have more time on my hands and have no breaks from my kids so if anyone knows about it I would appreciate some advice

I place my female between two males in an aquarium with three dividers. After some time until yesterday my Female Laid eggs. I got my female to prevent her from eating the eggs up. BUt i think it wont hatch because no male got a chance to fertilize it. What should I do? ASAP pls. This will be the second day of the eggs. Im desperate. I dont want the eggs to go to waste.
