After reading a book about above hypothosis it makes a lot of sense to me (I know that is not a reason for it to be true). Apparently more scientists are taking it seriously. What are the major objections to it and why has it been sidelined for so long.

My friends and I want to see the metal band Beneath the Sky on July 5th in Cleveland. I tried to find where it is in Cleveland, but all their Myspace says is "at TBA w/ Catherine, Winds of Plague, and Born of Osiris"......I looked on google, and can't find anything! >.<.....Even if you don't know where it is, at least give a suggestion for me to find it or something! I made my choice in cancer treatment. What would yours be? Would you choose to "possibly" prolong your life but feel bad all the time...like extreme fatigue and nausea? Or would you say enough is enough and take your chances cause you're finally feeling better and just enjoy whatever time you get?

my boyfriend and I have been together for over a year with the exception of a 2 week break. During that break (when we did not think we would get back together) a "friend" of mine tried to seduce him, showing up at his apartment in her underwear, generally just throwing herself at him. When we got back together he tole her that she needed to stop. When that didn't work I told her to leave us alone, in turn she sent me nasty messages through myspace and facebook, and keyed my car (i don't have proof it was her, but I have a pretty good idea) and was stalking me and watching my house, and at the same time she was calling my boyfriend consistantly, even when he asked her to leave him alone. Can I get a restraining order against this girl? How much would it cost? What are the general terms of a restraining order? I am in Tennessee. Please give me some advice!
