S Considering a cell phone for a 5 year old with ocd? It has picture text - could this be useful?
I am considering a cell phone for my son who gets 'stuck' at tasks. He has a hard time sometimes transitioning. He has used a picture schedule at school but is going to be mainstreamed in a Catholic school. I was wonderin if I could set his schedule from home to send him email picture messages to get ready for transition to next major tasks. We use a timer at home and he does GREAT with it but there is me giving him the verbal cues to move on to the next task and I won't be there at school to do this.

Has anyone ever tried this?

I selected an item found in a store showroom & discussed what I needed with the store manager. Store sent installer - at additional cost - to my home to measure. (Manager said if by doing this, if there was a mistake, I would be protected for any errors.)

When Item was deliverd, it was not what I presumed I ordered. Manager says, too bad, I signed the order form saying no changes. Now I am stuck with something in my home that I cannot use and I am out of my money also - almost two thousand dollars. I feel cheated and swindled. I want what I thought I ordered, or I want my money back.

How can I sucessfully sue the store by myself? How do I find out who actually owns the store? What amounts of money limits are there in small claims court? Is there a jury or only a judge to decide? Are there any damages involved? I would prefer to use a lawyer, but the expense would probably be more that of the item purchased. Any suggestions?

I recently bought a 1992 Suzuki GSX600F Katana, and after learning to ride at low speeds, naturally I started to go faster. It pulls fine at low RPM, but once I hit about 7000-7500 RPM, the power starts to cut out sporadically. It just doesn't seem to have any energy above 7500 RPM. Also, if I'm cruising on the highway and give it partial throttle, it accelerates smoothly, but if I give it full throttle, it does the same "sputtering" routine. I replaced the spark plugs and noted that the ones on there showed signs of a too-rich fuel mixture. So I pulled the new plugs out after a week to check them, and they're showing the same signs (really black, lots of buildup). Could this "sputtering" at high RPM be related to the improper fuel/air mixture, or does it seem like ignition problems could be to blame? In my previous experience with race cars, high-rpm "sputtering" like that was almost always ignition-related, but I'm not sure about with motorcycles.

Doesn't modern science classify praying mantises as "insects"? And aren't insects defined as small animals that have six legs? And aren't legs lower limbs used for mobilization?

But somehow, I find it odd that whenever I've seen a praying mantis walking, it's only using four of its six supposed legs. Then I remember reading in the bible something about insects that "go on all four" , which seems to be a fairly accurate description of praying mantises. Why does it seem that the bible has gotten this right, but not modern science?
