I had a baby 10 months ago and i am a very active practically a gym freak, i've tried everything i'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight but still have the "pooch " on the bottom of my stomach .I do eat healthy no choccies no fried ****, and do core exercises 3 times a week but NO LUCK
Help what do i do suggestions please ?

It started a couple months ago with just a little blackish green spotting, I figured it's algae. Now it has turned into a ruglike piece all over him and it's even fuzzy looking. It's all pretty dark, brown-black. I looked online and can't find anything on disease of lobsters or crayfish that fit this description. Do you think it's algea growth or a disease? He's not sluggish and eats great, nothing abnormal except the fuzzy black stuff.
I should add one of his tankmates got a fungus recently, we treated him with Pimafix, but this didn't chnage the lobster one bit.

My ex came round. Hes beat me up in the past, when he couldnt have his own way. But i thought he had changed, he said to me today that he wanted to make love so i told him to come round and we'l talk. So he came round and we wentt upstairs and cuddled, things have been good lately with us. Then he starts telling me he doesnt want a relationship, and i pointed out the difference to what love is and is not. He started to cry and told me he didnt know whether he wanted me or not, and i told him how i wanted to change things, and he cut me of, the next thing i remember is him going completley crazy because i wanted him to stay and talk things over. He threw me agains the wall , grabbed me and threw me bk and forth into the door punched me so hard in the head and knocked me out breifly, punched my stomach, legs, arms, everything.. becasue i wanted him to stay so i could clear things up. It went on until he got out when i had no more energy or strength to ask him to say.

Why is it that we in the UK love Henry VIII when it is clear he was a murderer. He killed his wives cos apparently they didnt have rights - where were their rights? Its taught to us in schools - divorced beheaded died - divorced beheaded survived. Yet he is taught to us as an inspiration. Human rights are for everyone and yet this guy or king should i say violated womens rights. Should he be held as a hero?

*READ THIS* Cops say the only thing that keeps drug dealers in business are their profits. They say if drugs were controled by the government and distributed by the government for free or a fraction of what the dealers charge, the dealers would go out of business soon. Addicts are usually poor and they would take free drugs over paying $20 or so.

They say the war on drugs cost $69 BILLION every year and we are making no progress. If the war on drugs ended, we would have $69 billion every year that can go towards social problems like education and health care. Public schools recieve low funding because billions are being spent on the failed war on drugs.

Kids who stuggle in school look at drug dealing as an option if school doesn't work out. (But it's not the kids fault that the schools get low funding). If the government controled drugs and put the dealers out of business, the kids who struggle will not think of drug dealing as an option. Comments?

What is the best FREE geneaology site? I don't want one that is just a free trial, but I do want one that has a lot of information. I came across one months ago, and now I cannot remember what it was. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to research two different things.

1. My boyfriends canadian geneaology. Both of his parents are deceased and he knows very little of any relatives beyond them. His parents moved to B.C. from Saskatchewan(I'm positive I've spelled that incorrectly and I do apologize) probably in the 40's.

2. I'm also looking for my own ancestors. My biological father was adopted, I think. I have no contact with him, which is just the way I like it. However, I would really like to be able to trace my ancestors biologically and not just through my father who adopted me. Any suggestions on how to go about this?

At the very least I would be happy with the site info. Thanks!

Look at hockey and Football, it has made the sport better across the board. maybe not in football as much as in hockey. but I bet that baseball would be a better game over all if the put a hard cap such as maybe 100 million out there. but I geuss that you can have 250 million in salary and still be about as good as a team whose payroll is a Quarter of that.

Just wondering how long id have to leave after setting up the tank to add fish and plants. Was thinking about planting Plants as soon as i start the cycle using small plants giving them a few weeks to fill out then adding fish as when i kept Goldfish they ripped the plants to shreads.
