I just read a story in the news about a wedding in India where the groom turned up apparently Sloshed out of his skull, the Brides family decided he was too drunk and refused to let him marry her so his younger brother stepped in and married her instead. The original groom was spotted crying after the ceremony and when asked he was said to have claimed he was upset because he wouldn't get another bride, is this the weirdest one you've heard or can you top it.?

I'm not a big NASCAR fan so I'm not fully aware of the rivalries in the sport, but I've heard that some people hate Jeff Gordon, why is that? I would love to know more, so specific and detailed answers would be appreciated.

Write the balanced half-reactions

My Approach:
I got Oxidation: 2H2O + Mn2+ ----> MnO2 + 4H+ + 2e-
Reduction: O3 + H2O ----> 2O2 + 2H+ + 2e-

I need to clean a fireplace. I was thinking of putting some water into the wet dry vac and vacuming the ashes so that it just mixes with the water in the vac and not cause a mess when I empty it. Has anyone else tryed this?

my dad thinks i can take a 8mp camera, and zoom the picture down/size it down and it will have a better picture quality, because it "smashes down" the 8mp into a smaller area. is this true or possible?

I believe that science is true but it is not "truth." What I mean is that science can only answer a certain number of things and what is beyond that is left to religion, philosophy, or just speculation. Seriously, can any scientist tell me with "proof" about what happened before the big bang, and how the big bang got started? Look at how vast the universe is, and look at what pee-ons humans are compared to the infinity of the known and unknown. Science is giving humans the idea that they have knowledge and power over infinity. This is about as ridiculous as an ant thinking that he is superior over a run-away train.
