my friend had surgery and they thought that she was ok, so she went home. But, this morning she went to the emergency room because she wasn't feeling good, and it apparently was very serious. what should i get her as a gift? i've already given her flowers and a stuffed animal.

I've had a bad cold for about two months now and it won't go away. I went to an instacare facility because it's really hard to see my doctor. Because I had just finished a long airplane trip, the doctor thought my congestion might've had something to do with that so I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory and a decongestant. My ears have been clogged to the point that I could hardly hear, I'm coughing up mucus, my sinuses hurt, and I'm always blowing my nose, and it doesn't come out clear; it's usually a green mucus. My husband wants me to go to the doctor, but it takes so long to see him that I'm hoping I'll get better before then. I've been taking a lot of garlic and vitamin C and seeing some improvement, but it's been slow.

The flower bed is just filled up with dirt, weeds, and pebbles. First I need to clean it out I guess but do I use the dirt that's already in there or do put soil down? Someone said someone died on the cross for my sins but didn't elaborate. I have a cross but I don't know what it's for, only that it's a Christian emblem. I also have a pentacle, and I know that's a Wiccan emblem. Did someone die on the pentacle or is this completely separate? How can someone die for my sins? That doesn't make any sense to me. Where if a pet owner is found to be irresponsible at taking care or maintaining a pet, he/she is then banned from owning any pets for a limit of 5 years and if found to be owning pets after being banned, he/she will face jail time and a fine. Instead of punishing the animals that are products of these irresponsible people, why not punish the people themselves.
