I have been married for a year now....Our first wedding was a disaster for the most part. we did all of the planning in the month before the wedding because of a lot of things. We are going to do a renewing the vows ceremony. I want to know if it can be just like a real wedding.....I mean big dress, lots of people, a cake...stuff like that. Is that ok? can you give me any ideas also?

yeah you can do that..& many people do the whole thing over right from scratch if they didn't like how the first one came out..
but go0d luck it is going to be hectic & nerve wracking all over again..if anything just wear a simple dress, & keep the whole thing simple & invite only a close few if you don't want to deal with the hassle of a wedding all 0ver again..

g0od luck !!

I think it is very much okay if you renew your vows and make it your dream wedding that you were not able to do last time. You could even theme it something like 'A look in the past' so that your guest will understand that you are 'recreating' your wedding day. But besides all that this is for you and your partner, make it special and meaningful and make memories that you wanted to make the first time. Congratulations and I wish you well!

It can be anything you want it to be (as long as you can afford it) so knock yourself out! Congratulations!
