If you are a lib, please enlighten me as to how you believe the govt should go about this thing called "national security" (that means keeping the country safe from foreign invaders and attacking tyrannts)

And how about the war on terror? Is the liberal idea "leave terror alone and it will leave you alone" a good policy? What do you libs think we should do about state sponsors of terror? (evil countries that fund and plot disasters like the tokyo subway, the subway in Spain, 9/11, the USS Cole, the embassy bombings in East Africa, the marine barracks bombing in Beirut?

Please dont be stupid and hatefilled. Lets see some honest, thoughtful, and objective answers for a change. And no..."I hate Bush" is not an answer. Id like to hear if any libs have an honest way forward on these issues or if youre just as lost as the fools in congress.

My daughter will soon be having her first baby.
She saw a crib she liked that costs $700.00.
She said that her friend and co-workers told her not to worry about the big items. The grandparent is responsible for buying the big ticket items such as the crib . I am on disability and cannot afford that. I don't know how to tell her I cannot afford it and that maybe her and her husband that do have quite a lot of money and maybe they should buy it.

My hamster died sadly in his seventh year, which is pretty long. I am ready to get a new hamster and i am planning on using the same cage since it wasnt cheap and they rnt cheap to by. How do I clean the cage to get rid of the germs, and how do i get rid of that stuff that builded up in the corner from when it goes to the washroom??

I wrote a comon logical comment that a reversal of excess heat would be GLOBAL frozen. There's no reversal of global warming, but IF IT were possible than everything and everbody would turn to ice= FACT. I have three 12-round pistol magazines that I bought in Kentucky that I would like to take with me when I get out of the Army and go back to California. As I understand it, the legal magazine capacity under California state law is 10 rounds. I would like to know if I would be allowed to keep them since I bought them legally in another state, or if they would be illegal to own in California regardless.

I currently have a fish only 55 gallon fish tank and a buying a new 125 gallon tank and want to add live rock to it. I dont know the steps to take in adding the live rock to the 125 gallon tank and adding the fish. The fish are all reef safe, but dont know how to add them into the 125 gallon tank with out killing them. I definately want live rock in the bigger tank and would not like to lose the fish in my tank currently that is only 55 gallons. Help me!!!!!!!

My husband, 2 kids & I moved in with my grandmother 12 yrs ago to keep her from being put in a conv. hospital after she got sick. The deal was I would provide home care for her in exchange for rent. All was fine untill last year when her sister (who she never got along with) suddenly starts coming around & taking her to her house for visits. I thought it was OK, untill my grandma all of a sudden decided I was treating her wrong & was taking advantage of her & she moved out & moved in with her sis & brother in law. They wanted us to move out. It took us a couple of months, but we bought our own house & moved out, but we still had our stuff in the garage. we moved a few hours away & it was hard to get back there. I found out today that they threw away all of our stuff. We were never evicted, never given any notices of any kind, never told anything. My question is can she legally throw away all my stuff? It hasn't been that long since we moved out that we left the stuff there.

A man was arrested about a few years ago when police found 865,000 hidden in his car. They arrested him saying the money was used for distribution of narcotics. The city kept the money and did who knows what with it. The man was never found guilty;as a matter of fact the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence as to acquisition of the money. With that said he never got his money back.... WHY? Is this not a violation of the Bill of Rights?

I have anxiety problems that I've been seeing a psychologist for, but once in a while, I'll get these feelings like my head is imploding, or it'll feel like there's something vibrating inside my head, and it really freaks me out! I've went to the ER twice because of stuff like this, blood tests and cat scan came back fine, didn't have an MRI though. I'm really worried about my head, lol. Could it just be a weird kind of anxiety attack?
