Yes, there's a natural human tendency to gravitate towards pessimism. its generally easier to focus on the negative thoughts rather than positive ones. i know i especially struggle, having a natural pessimistic outlook on life. it seems to me that trying to think positively (or happy thoughts) is like exercising - in order to get better we have to keep deliberately working the "happy" muscles (thoughts).

Nope!! nothing I'd considered as sad has ever happened to me! I'm extremely optimistic up to the point that it is already my philosophy in life that "All disadvantages I have are my advantages".. I always see the good views in every bad persperctive!.hehe thanks for the question!
