Based on employer arbitration agreements, It is at least implied that an employee has no right to file a valid Title IV complaint with the EEOC.
I have seen two cases that have gone both was so there really is no president that I know of.
Has the Supreme Court or Congress made a decision on this?

Although there are checks and balances, exec, legis, judicial
branches...which none of them shall exceed their rights or power to keep any one branch from growing. There is a Simple flaw..

Do you think for a moment they are not all in bed at one point.
If only half are.....We are in big trouble....I think we are.

Think of the power they have.....FBI, CIA, NSA, ALL 50 State Police and All County City..

I am not saying this system of Government is not working it does. We have freedom beyond many countries dreams.
That's why everyone comes to America. But I would like to see
more power given back to the individual states.

Our Federal Government was never meant to be so powerful against it's people..and yet so impotent...when it deals with waging war. Foreign Threats......

Ok, this movie is about 20 to + years old. I think that it starts in a school house with a teacher and her students. A couple of men wearing, what I think I remember as a bunny mask or a clown mask, running into the school house and kidnapping all of them. I think the men then push or drop the class into a cave with water and seal it up. The teacher finds a way out and they find a farmhouse with an old couple. The kidnappers find the class and kill the old couple... Anyone know this movie?? I think the people might have been Australian, but I'm not sure. Help!

My wife and I have been married for 10 great years. The first two years our sex life was fantastic but since then almost no sex at all. She has been on anti depressants for the last six years. We have sex only when I start it and she does it just because she feels like she has too.

I am not unattactive, I could have several women in my office but I still believe in marrage. But I need sex in my life, I need to be touched. There is nothing that bothers me more than me laying naked in bed and her playing a computer game next to me and not even caring to touch me.

Any suggestions?

Can you help me with the Law of Cosines for spherical triangles please?
(A) Draw a spherical triangle and label each vertex by A, B, and C. Then connect each vertex by a radius to the center O of the sphere. Now draw tangent lines to the sides a and b of the triangle that go through C. Extend the lines OA and OB to intersect the tangent lines at P and Q, respectively. List the plane right triangles. Determine the measures of the central angles.
(B) Apply the Law of Cosines to triangles OPQ and CPQ to find 2 expressions for the length of PQ.
(C) Subtract the expressions in part (B) from each other. Solve for the term containing cos C.
(D) Use the Pythagorean theorem to find another value for OQ^2-CQ^2 and OP^2-CP^2. Now solve for cos C.
(E) Replacing the ratios in part (D) by the cosines of the sides of the spherical triangle, you should now have the Law of Cosines for spherical triangles: cos C=cos Acos B+sin Asin Bcos C.

Anyone have any suggestions what I can do? My Black Ghost Knife fish is dying. Before I left for work this morning he was stuck to the water filter so I thought he was dead, now I am back home and was going to pick him out and he is laying on his side at the other end of the tank.
