My friend has a 5 1/2 mth old lil girl who weighs less than 12 lbs. They recently found a lump on her back and had it checked by a dr. She has scoliosis and has 4 holes in her heart. If meds dont have any effect, they will have to do open heart surgery to repair atleast the larger of the holes, then they claim the other 3 will heal. Afterwards they say she will be very healthy and start gaining weight, be a normal child. Then they will deal with the scoliosis. In the meantime what can I do to try to help ease her mind or atleast give some kind of comfort?

well 3 years its not that big of a difference to me i guess. we talk alot, the thing is we both really care for each other and he tells me he does. he tells me he loves me too. and flirts with me, and i really just can't help but fall for him you know? and since im only in 8th grade he says he'll date me next year when im a freshman. yesterday he went to the movies with this girl hes had some feelings for a while and says he likes her now he changed his signature and his myspace display name and says (her name) is amazing he even puts it in his away messages. has he really fallen for her? or is he just trying to make me mad or upset me; when he was driving she took his phone and read all our text messages and told me not to talk to him anymore. i think she might find me a threat maybe? I really like him and i dont know what to do... do you think he likes me or is trying to play games with my heart? im soooo confusedd helpp?

Ok so I am 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my 2nd child.. I have started noticeing a yellowish color discharge when I use the restroom. It has no odor to it at all, but it is yellow.. Is this normal or is it something I should worry about. I never had it with my first pregnancy.. I go to the doctor on Thursday I just wanted to know if anybody thinks it is something that can wait or do I need to worry about it now...

I am a young teen woh is really just always tired and depressed and in need of a frind. I dont have any friends at scholl I feel invisible at home andi am aconstantly overwelmed with chores and work etc. I am dead serious when I say i have no friends I only have my father to tell those kinds of things to and he doesnt live with me. MY parents are getting seperated and i hate seein them like this. i am desperate and i need inspiraation and advice. I pretty much feel hopeless now. Somebody PLEASSEE help!!!!!!!!

we have a mexican girl 23 years old that has been working for us for the past year. she speaks no english at all. she works 11 hours a day and is the only mexican there along with my mom and cousin. i try to converse with her to keep her from being bored but conversation is somewhat difficult. i know some spanish because i took 3 years in high school. we had some decent conversations before and i try to talk to her everyday. she only speaks when i talk to her and never talks to me. if i dont speak to her the whole day she will not talk to me. she is not a shy person. when i stand next to her it feels awkard like she is uncomfortable when im close. should i just stop trying to speak to her.

I was raised in the church of Christ, which is very fundamental. Until I went to college. That's when it started to change. By the 4th year, I stopped going to church. I always believed that if I ever stopped going, my faith would go away too. I believe that it has. I'm not sure I even believe in God...but I so desperately want to! I WANT to have faith, I WANT to rely on God! I'm now 24 and never go to church and don't have the desire to! It frightens me!

I feel so conflicted. I believe most of the church of Christ doctrine. However, I never felt spiritual or close to God in a church service there...ever. I'd just wait for it to end. It seems like I've felt God more in simple times, outside of church. I feel almost like the church of Christ is so strict that it cut off my faith in God completely.

How do I get faith back? Any advice? Please help.

I welcome responses from members of the church of Christ and other Christian churches too.

do the hair pores and the nails soften? That happens to me.
Also the air in bathroom becomes humid. I forget that the mirror becomes blurry, the shaving is perfect.

my boyfriend and I are always arguing.it's not that he annoys me or I annoy him,but we do.
