I understand why people don't believe it , an I haven't tried it but chances are its true. Several companies learned that they shouldn't spend millions on advertisment when they could spend several thousand on free merchandise and let whoever got the free product to advertise it amongst their friends and realtives creating a more econmical way to advertise products and yield more advertisement. So it might work.
