My husband and I are planning our third child, and I would like to find out from users of ovulation testers what they think of the various kinds. What was the name brand of the test? What did you like about the test? Was it easy to use? Can it be re-used multiple times? Do you feel that it was accurate? Was it affordable to purchase/how much did it cost? Do you feel that you achieved the results you wanted using this test, or do you think you'd have had a better chance just doing it the "natural way"? Thank you for all your input! At school this one kid always calls me "gay" (I'm not, I don't even see how he got that) and I choose to ignore him, because it's not worth it. And it seems like every day, I hear him say "Why do you hang out with so-so he's gay" And it's so annoying, but I don't want to start anything especially at school, I'm smarter that that. And by the way, the "kid" is sort of fat and is ugly. I could make remarks about that, but again, that would only make the problem worse. Should I care about him doing this? How should I deal with it? It's not like I get offended, it's just annoying every freaking day. It's like he has no life.

2 days ago I inspected out cats bottom after I noticed she was bleeding from that region. After ringing the vet I booked her an appointment for that afternoon. The vet sited a number of possible causes but kept her in over night in order to examine her properly, while under sedation, in the morning. Yesterday she rang me to confirm my worst fears, that she had a tumor growing on one side of her rectum. We were then given the option of prolonging her life via pain killers and laxatives as she was obviously having trouble going to the toilet, despite appearing happy otherwise, or putting her to sleep. I chose to put her to sleep as I thought this was the only fair thing to do. However, although people tell me this was the right thing to do I cant help but feel I made the wrong decision and find it hard to forgive myself. Has anyone else had a situation like this, and how do you get over the loss?

Since the water density/pressure gets really really high in deep depths, and since the Mariana's Trench is over 35,000 ft deep, wouldn't the rock only sink down to a certain depth before coming to a stop and floating about 10-20 thousand feet deep?

At what depth would a normal fist sized slate rock be lighter/less dense than the water around it and thus float?

I keep hearing that it is bad to allow a pet bird to ride on your shoulder.
The reasons I have been given is that
a) they think they are dominant when their eye level is above yours and
b) You might lose an eye or your nose as they can bite.

I think these reasons are pretty flimsy, especially as it would take a huge budgie/parakeet to sit on your shoulder and be higher than your eye level !

is there something esle, or some other reason?

I have budgies and a rainbow lorikeet who all find my shoulder their fav place.

Am I doing something wrong?
