What kind of hand do I need to reliably try to "shoot the moon" or whatever it's called, when you try to take all the hearts and the QSpades instead of none? I assume you want AKQJ of hearts, but even with this I end up losing.

Sometimes im out and about and i have these real strong sex drives and honesty it drives me mad most of the time. I dont know whether other people have these or if its some hormone im balance in my body. Im just interested to hear if other people have this feeling at all or whether i should seek some medical advice even though i really dont know what i would say to my GP. thanks for your help everyone
