I think I'm about as tired as anyone else about hearing about Anna Nicole Smith and who's the father of her baby. Why don't they just get that overwith and do a paternity test?? That would solve that case. Am I the only one thinking of that?

I agree with you! Why are we so wrapped up in this. Why don't we care about the everyday Joe??? American's priorities suck. As for the rest of your question... the legal process is very slow. The more papers, appeals, and orders filed the longer that crap you speak of gets delayed.

You are absolutely right. They need to find out who the child's father is and then let the man raise his daughter. It is a shame to say this but I think Anna Nicole should have been more honest about who the father of her child is. It is a tad suspicious that she decided to give birth in a country where the father of a child born out of wedlock has no rights. It seems to me that she had something to hide.
