You can't unless she is examined by a doctor, then its not fool proof. Girls have ripped their hymen doing athletic things.
Her behavior might be an indication of her past sexual exploits
or lack of.
It's hard to find virgins after 14 now a days. I wouldn't worry about it. Just get to know her personality her moral fiber.
