What is the point of the NHL Entry Draft? Do you even have to go into it to play in the NHL?

Got a 1999 Peugeot 206 1.4 three weeks ago. Last night it just cut out on me at traffic lights, and coming home tonight it cut out when I was going around a corner. No power steering so potentially very dangerous. Luckily it was late at night.
The car is under warranty so I'll be taking it back in, but I'd like some ideas what could be causing it. Cheers.

My roof hangs over the house about 3 feet and there is a wire that runs underneath the roof. The wire is connected directly from the electric meter, which is located inside our house, to the utility pole that right next to my home. Everyday, several pigeons would hang around on the wire and make a huge and digusting mess right at my door steps. We had tried spraying water, throwing pebbles, and even shooting plastic BB pellets, but non of them worked. They would taunt us by coming back in few hours. The war games with the pigeons have been going on for more than a year. We checked the whole house and there are no nesting. Does anyone know of a safe and inexpensive solution to this problem?

there isthis mexican guy that i had a crush on last yr8thgrade. In LA, we used to talk alot. (one day he had some,skittles,which is his fav., he never lets anyone have some. I asked for some, then he gave me some.) But now we go to the same highschool. I have no classes with him, and barely see him in the halls. But everytime i do cross paths with him he has a new girlfirend on his arm everyweek! My girl friend broke up with me last week and i still feel so bad. she has done somethings that shouldnt be forgiven but i still love her more then life and i would do anything in my power to keep seeing her pretty smile, but it is so hard to see her as a friend and i dont even think we will remain friends and that would break me. i keep dreaming about her and its just so hard. today i was day dreaming that she walked up and gave me a hug and smiled real pretty and i just wanted to fall. i love her more then the world and she doesnt even think the same about me anymore. what can i do to let her know that i still care for her and remain good friends because everything i try seems to make it worse, she was the reason i got up every morning with a smile and feeling invincible and i would hate to lose that...
