How often would you say married couples have sex per week?

Plus, on average, do you suppose newlyweds have more sex than those married for ten years... 25 years... 50 years? As for the difference between men and women, which gender usually wants sex more often? As men and women age, does desire increase or decrease?

There is no "correct" answer.
Married couples have sex as often as is comfortable for them.

Generally, as people get older they have more stress and health problems. That can decrease sexual encounters. Aside from that... its personal preference.

Frequency only remains high until they get that ring on their finger. Then women act like they dont' really have to do all the stuff they used to do to get the guy to commit, and THEN they wonder why he'll go to another women and be unfaithful!
