All E92s (same thing as e90 coupés) come standard with Xenon HID headlights. To replace them you'd just have to buy another set in the color that you like.

Why would your want to change the color? A guy came in with red ones and it looked pretty fruit. But that's up to you. You have to remove the whole headlamp and there is a special bulb assembly that you can change. On a 745 you have to remove the front bumper.

I don't think the X3s have them. The Z4s either.

But if they're stock, yes, it's hard to change the color of them.
