I am a law student and i have an assignment to write a legal opinion. The professor said we can use the IRAC format (Issue Rule Application Conclusion)...but i am not very comfortable with it...i don't know where to start with it...any suggestions?? thanks

I had a full service on my car (Y reg Corsa) in December 2006 at a Vauxhall garage. One of the warning lights (the one to do with emissions) on my dashboard came on last night and I understnad that I need to take the car to a vauxhall garage ASAP. As I recently had a full service should the garage make any repairs for free? Do full services normally have a guarantee and if so for what length is it valid?

I have these bumps on the back of my tongue that I think have always been there but have DEFINETELY gotten bigger and swollen since yesterday. It feels like something is caught on my tongue. They don't hurt.. really more just annoying than anything because I can feel them everytime I swallow. I'm not sure if this makes a difference but for three days now I have had major nasal congestion.. taking decongestants, nasal saline spray, a whole lot of cough drops, and have been forcefully blowing my nose to try and remove the mucus (unsuccessfully I might add)

Please don't go into the obvious logical fact that it is easier to preset beliefs on absolutes, thereby not needing to consider the situation before judging it's moral or ethical correctness.

If people were thinking logically, that argument would crumble under the logic of the eternal truth that nothing is absolute in the universe. The only known constant is change, movement, etc.

So therefore this must be a religious, emotional or otherwise irrational belief, or part of a larger belief system, and I would very much like to know where it's roots lie.

ok ok....you know im a SAINT...but Sunderland the "other" Red and White team are closing in on my team......we - SOUTHAMPTON are still sitting nice in 4th, but I feel I got to cheer on the blues of Birmingham tonight. They still got a couple of games in hand, and to be honest, I would rather they got the three points than Sunderland. My team should beat Coventry tonight, and hopefully Norwich will beat Preston to keep us in 4th and Cardiff have to beat West Brom...love Roy Keane though, and what a turnaround he has made to Sunderland..Your predictions please

I am attending my male best friend's bachelor party in a few weeks. The agenda for the evening is drinks/dinner at a higher class hotel bar following by the typical trip to a strip club (boys will be boys). I am clueless as to what to wear. I have been going out with my woman for about 5 months she is 25 and I am 29. Our love is great and we realy suit each other however when it comes to sex she is not quite satisfied. She told me recently her previous partner was well endowed at over 10.5" and she told me she still loves that. I now feel however inadiquate with just 7.5" and may never satisfy her. From a womans point of view would it be true to say well endowed would always leave an impression in her mind for ever, is it really much better?
