Speaking as a nutritionist in the healthcare field, NO it does not make you fat.
Yes your metabolism slows when you sleep, however your body will leave the food in your stomach till you wake up and then resume regular digestion anyway.
What makes you fat is usually a combination of genetics, eating too much, and/ or not exercising enough

Sleeping for a long period of time (not just a nap)slows down your metabolism, thus slowing down your rate to burn the calories you just consumed. If you are worried about weight gain after meals.. the best solution is to not eat anything for a couple hours before bedtime.

Definitely NOT. What makes one fat is the bad quality of the food we eat, and the amount. By bad quality I mean simple carbs, such as those made out of industrially processed grains, refined sugars and specially the "killer filler": corn syrup.
Take as many naps as you want, but keep away from the stuff above if you want to stay healthy.
