As my previous Q. She filled the first time jointly with her US spouse to get the permanent G.Card after a 2 year temporary one. Then filled for divorce, then reported to the USCIS of her separation & asked for visa extension untill she gets her divorce to file again without a joined spouse. Her 2 years cards has allready expired 18 months before her divorce. Would the USCIS give her such an extention(18 months) & wait on her petition untill she gets her divorce to file again ?
The first time she filled, she recieved a letter from the USCIS asking her for more proof that she did not have.

Any ideas on how I can do this? I don't have a DVD burner on my laptop. my PC has a DVD burner on the PC, but my internet connection is so slow I downloaded the files on a different faster server. someplace eles. I was thinking a jump drive but I don't really understand how they work.

What was it and what made it your worst job?

I have 3 of them.

1)Dunkin Donuts when I was 17. And yes, the donuts and cops thing is true. I hated that job. Morning shifts, forget about it. They would have the line out the doors. people would wait like 20 minutes just for some cofee and donuts. I know they are good and all, but damn. I was getting $5.50 an hour and working like the manager. They would even have me work that place by myself. Imagine being the only one working in the whole shop working both counter and drive through. Work was not worth pay at all. So I quit and went to my next job. retail

2)Nautica factory outlet store. It was retail. if anybody has ever worked retail, I don't even have to explain. This is the was biggest shopping center in NY at that. Holidays, forget about it.

3)Moving and storage company. Househole moves. Use you imagination. 4 guys on one grand piano is not fun. And if you don't know, those things are heavy.

You must help me. I have a little mouse in my apartment. My French neighbor, Mr. Pommesfrites, says I should bait the traps with gruyere, as any discerning mouse would clearly enjoy that more than -- sacre bleu! -- cheddar or peanut butter. But as it's also MY favorite cheese, I keep going after the tasty morsels myself. My lips, toungue, and nose are bruised and swollen! What should I do?

what do you think about the legality of marriage of two consenting adults, but they are siblings? The case ruled that it was unconstitutional because it would negatively impact the long-standing traditions of the U.S. as well as affect the interest of the State by possibly producing children that could become burdens (i.e. genetically 'unsound'). What do you think? all constructive opinions are welcome.

I know it's a long way off for most of you but please give me some of your thoughts.

I would spend my days sipping OJ, watching the world go by on my balcony. Watch the rush hour commutes from my balcony. I would also listen to my old time music from my huge iPod collection.(by the time I retire, it'll be old timer's music) Walk the beach during another part of the day, & then watch a sunset each day and then, watch the telly til I fall asleep.

well theres this guy michael who like hangs all over me and i really really like him and i dont know if he likes me. he jokes around with me, smiles and tells me jokes and ever since he has started talking to me on aim he say ilu. and he talks to my friends now. he also walks with me in the halls and talks to me every chance he gets, and i think he likes me but i need others opions help! we always talk none stop in langauge and we like stair at each other for what seems like forever and i smile at him and give him tons of singals that i like him do you think he knows i like him, because all my friends tell me he likes me!
