what do you think about the legality of marriage of two consenting adults, but they are siblings? The case ruled that it was unconstitutional because it would negatively impact the long-standing traditions of the U.S. as well as affect the interest of the State by possibly producing children that could become burdens (i.e. genetically 'unsound'). What do you think? all constructive opinions are welcome.

Well, I disagree in part, but as a whole I do agree that it should be illegal. I think that there are several social policies behind this. First, such sexual arrangements cause problems! The adults in them ALL have serious emotional problems, etc. The children are the subject of ridicule, and even abuse (by both parents and others). Economically, it is burdensome to pay for the treatment of these individuals and the offspring they produce. Politically, it may severely limit the rights of women to choose who they wish to marry (and perhaps some men). Marriage of siblings is, historically, an issue of control over the woman. I do think that it inhibits the rights of others, though not necessarily for the same reasons that you posed.
I am also of the opinion that NO marriage should be legal. It is a religious institution of social control and inhibits the rights of all parties involved. I prefer the complete separation of church and state, and marriage merely joins the two. (Yes, the whole system would need a complete overhaul, but that's how I feel.)

if you are talking about 100% blood siblings this its wrong. Can you think of the children that may come out of the marriage. Its morally wrong.
