i have layed ceramic ( spartec ) flooring six yrs ago in my house. then due to my transfer at other place i have not used this house. last month i saw that central part of about 6' x 6' floor area of each room swelled up with sounding hollowness. how it happened? how to cure it ?

I got in a car wreck in Oct 25. Insurance final estimates provided to body shop in early November. Estimates indicate 24 days needed for repair. Insurance company paid Body shop. We are sitting here in Jan 20th (more than two months after supplemental estimates are issues) and the car is not ready. Let alone, the manager of the body shop refuses to provide with a written status and estimates for delivery of the car. He also never returns my calls. What kind of recourse do you I have? He is rude and improfessional (when I go to the shop they make me wait and then tell me he is busy). Insurance refuses to intervene (citing the fact that I chose him). To whom should I complain?
I see my car and I see that repairs are being made but I need a final date. I have been renting cars out of pocket since insurance covers only first 30 days. Any advice is greatly appreciated...

I've heard my space is mainly for youngsters but I haven't checked it out yet so my information may be incorrect. I've looked at Yahoo and No Cheaters.com and a couple of other sites but was not impressed -- no -- I'm not too picky. does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a ton!

We too have just increased our troop levels in Afghanistan and committed our troops to be there until after 2009.Since our ground forces are not that large it would of been foolish to be in Iraq also...mind you there are exchange personel serving with your troops and we do have patrol frigates in the Gulf as well.So why do the uneducated slam us?Even on TV the are trying a rigorous ad's to find new recruits. Its like being in the gym shower , sure the guy beside you has a little package but he still plays out in the field.
