I'm looking to do something with my life and was thinking about going into the video game industry. I dont have any experience exept for playing them, but i'm thinking about taking a coarse at IAOD in Toronto. I was wondering if this is a career with a great job market so i wouldn't have to struggle to find a job when finished school. Also does anyone know approximatley what kind of money the coarses would cost me?

I work as a supervisor in a manufacturing factory. I always have to pass on information and give instructions to the workers as well as train them. On the other hand they have to report their job to me in paper form and in speech. Inside the factory, there are a lot of deaf workers. I find a difficulty to communicate with them effectively. Of course I don't know sign language. Some of them are very low educated or even never attend to any former school. They cannot understand any kind of language even their own mother tongue. Thus I can't even write those information on a piece of paper to let them know my notices. I never look down on them or refuse to communicate with them. May be some of them feel inferior about themselves, they refuse to communicate and cooperate with me. I want to treat them friendly instead of using my authority to force them to do the jobs. Can anybody tell me how to communicate with those deaf workers effectively?

same question, more info
1. I DID buy the gun with my OWN money, contary to what others are saying
2. They say that I can have it back when I reach all A's and B's and the last time that happened was before they made the deal although I have maintained a 3.0 average
3. neither parent remembers why and my mom doesnt even know why it was taken away and I have asked for the gun back many times and asked why not when they said no and they did not provide any thing other than "I don't have to answer the question"
4.I know exactly where the hid the gun and have enough respect and common sence not to take it though this is the 3rd time they have re-hid it and I find it each time through looking for things they havent taken in the basement
5. I am 14 years old and to turn 15 in march
6. It is an air-soft gun nothing more nothing less just a spring fired air-soft gun
7. They will not let me buy a new one until I get the old one back with know store to get a new 1 any ways

Carson Daly. It is my opinion (probably not just mine) that he is the biggest douche bag and nozzle alive.

Side note: I'd also like to punch Raven Simone in her chipmunk head..... now I'm not a rascist nor am I from the Slap-A-Ho tribe but something about her makes me wanna hit her with the nearest piece of furniture not nailed down.
