i did met a man from sometime , and i think i am falling inlove with me., i know its not right but its how my hearts tells me. he already has his child and his wife was as well very loving. hope that you can help me on to find ways how can i lose my love or stop or maybe just minimize my love to him or to make me feel so discourage on his love.

MOVE ON....do not think you could actually love a married man. He's unavailable....you should find out WHY you go after a person that's clearly unavailable.
People usually do this on purpose....you don't actually WANT a commitment or you'd find someone who's single and devoted to you...

Forbidden love is so sweet but so painful. You have to think of the people you are affecting by pursuing this realtionship. Not only this guys wife but also his kids and other family. Also as a previous poster said this guy may not be the most loyal person in the world if he is pursuing you after making solemn marraige vows to his wife. A mark of maturity is realising that you cannot have anything you want in life and knowing when to move on.

It must be hard for you. You need something else to focus on other than this man. Why not try and meet new guys to keep your mind occupied? Or take up a new hobbie and meet new people this way. It will be hard but it will fade soon im sure.

find things to occupy your time and keep your mind off him and go places where you will meet new people. That way you might meet someone new and fall in love

Just remember that if he is sleeping with you while being married to another, then he will sleep with another while being married to you. Basically, he is a slime and you should distance yourself from him immediately if not sooner.
