Walls are very important. Don't ever let anyone tell you that walls aren't needed for a stable life. Umm if someone does then try to think very carefully. what are they after?. Walls hold up structures and why were they there in the first place?. Don't forget!!!

walls creep up on you when your not looking then you learn to accept them so they no longer become a limit, more a saftey feature for protection.
by accepting you limitations you learn that your not fenced in, there are still doors back to the open spaces

It all depends, on whom im with and the trust level i have with them, we all have walls for diff reasons, it takes a special someone to have us bring them down

the comfort zone is there for a reason - to help you recharge. But you have to challenge this "structure" from time to time in order to grow and learn.

We all have boundaries, they keep us safe. I will lower my boundaries if I feel safe enough, that person will then see the real me.
