A lot of people l know put pictures of their kids inside the Christmas cards they send. What do these people expect me to do with snapshots of their children?

My sister is making so much noise during phonecalls during the night time.I keep going to her room telling her to be quiet and she doesnt do anthing.I tell my parents and they yell at her,then she gets back on the phone.She talk really late like at 12 or 11 so how can I stop her from talking so loud?(this also effects what time i wake up from school...hearing someone laughing like a walrus is not a pretty thing to hear.)

Hey guys.. I'm actually new to this forum but i was wondering if i could get some help hunting down a book.

Here's the situation.. A couple YEARS ago.. my girlfriend mysteriously came across a book, and, she being the avid book reader she is, opened it up and started reading it. The book is now her favorite book and she wanted me to read it.. but after trying to find it, she came to the conclusion that she must've lost it. I've never seen her so down before.. as if she suddenly had this void inside her. The thing is.. the book was so old and tattered that it was missing the author's name on the cover.. no publisher, nothing. She just mysteriously came across the book, and likewise, mysteriously lost the book.

The ONLY thing she knows about the book is that its called "Honestly". I don't believe its the one written by Gene Gach, because from what i've heard, she has also been looking frantically online for the book and the one by Gene Gach isn't too difficult to come across.

ive been using pads ever since i had my period. but now i want to try tampons really badly. my mom bought me box, and i tried it and it didnt work. ive wasted like half of my box!! whenever i try to put it in, it really hurts no matter where i put it!!!! please help!!!!!!!!!!

My 5 month old always grabs his blanket and covers his head to sleep...he will not sleep another way. this concerns me because of SIDS, is there any alternative or something I can do to try to get him to not do this? This leaves me with sleepless nights because I am constantly checking him.

Hello, I am a college student and I work part-time. The money from this part-time job is all saved, and I do not plan on spending it any time soon. As I earn more, I would like to explore some options for putting this money into an account that would multiply it over time. My mother died recently at 46 after a 4 years of couragiously fighting cancer. Unfortunetly, she got a very aggressive and rare cancer. Well, about a month after she passed away my father went to see a well known psychic and he happened to hit on almost everything from how she died to even knowing that my aunt had thyroid disease. The kicker is that day my dad had to use my moms keys, well the psychic knew about this and said my mother was laughing about how my dad couldn't find his keys and the psychic had know way of knowing this because my dad never showed the keys to him before he said this. I've always been skeptical about this but maybe there is life after death. Has anyone had any interesting experiences. I mean from a religious point of view it's easy to say "oh yeah there is life after death because the bible says so". But I'm just wondering if anybody has had any real experiences because i'm not sure myself whether to believe, i'm a very skeptical person...

I have been in this relationship with my boyfriend for almost 3 years. We now have a 18 mo. old child together. All in all, it is a very unhealthy relationship. I know he is only in this for our child, and really does not want to be in this relationship, and has said it is best for our child that we make it work (yet, he has said he doesn't want to marry me). I am providing u with the old archetypes used in chaucers canterbary tales and i want the modern verion of it. Lke the knight- fireman.
1. Oxford clerk- "He has no preferment in he church, and he was too unwordly to make a search for secure employment..By his bed he preffered having 20 books in red"
2. Parson- "he also was a learned man, a clek, who truly knew christs gospel, would preach it devoulty to parishioners, and teach it"

4. Plowman- "He was an honest woker good and true...for steadily about his work he went"
These are the old archetypes and i was wondering what would be the modern version of these..plz help

When I goto certain websites (for example ESPN.com) I get this lil window prompt that tells me to install Microsoft Office and it looks for the disc and of course its not in the cdrom drive and it tells me it cant find the disc. Why does it try to install OFFICE when I already have it????
