My wife and I seperated two and a half years ago.
We have a four year old daughter, whom I now see regularly and make voluntary maintenance payments for her upbringing.
At the time it was not an amicable split, and she, her boyfriend and their friends made my life miserable, making threats, stopping me seeing my little girl and damaging my property.
I reported these events to the police and she was charged with harrassment in court.
This went on her CRB record; she worked as a healthcare professional, and when she applied for re-registration it was refused on the grounds of her having a harrassment charge on her CRB record when it was checked.
She is having her case reviewed next week; is there anything she can do to help her to get her job back?
