Does anyone know the song that plays in the background from Veronica Mars (Season 2 Episode 20: "Look Who's Stalking") at Alterna-prom when Mac & Butters talk, and Madison rejects Dick?

Not the song "I Hear The Bells" but the one right before that.
Part of the lyrics are:

I'm attending the concert part of a charity benefit for which the dresscode is 'glamorous attire'. I am unsure about what this means...does this mean that I must wear a ballgown, can I get away with wearing a nice skirt suit? Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!
