They'll do in an emergency situation when there is no power and all I have to eat is a can of spaghetti Os and a Sterno furnace.

I think they probably have zero nutrition and a lot of sodium (to make them palatable). Pasta, unless it is whole wheat pasta or made of vegetables, is a useless food. It provides nothing but starch to your system. Starch is a sugar. At least with whole wheat pasta, you are getting some fiber.
Not to rant on and on . . . I think Spaghetti-Os are terrible.

I stocked up on some for our hurricane supplies ( Florida girl here LIL ) and thought I was just so smart because hot or cold we could eat them. After hurricane season I tried some for lunch, and oh my stars what was I thinking? The picture of them looks good, but it is like soggy pasta in tomato sauce, it just didn't work for me.

Yuck!!! The noodles are all soggy, and the sauce tastes like tomato soup and tin can.

i love spagetti o's. i used to have them all the time when i was little, but i like the spagetti ones better than the o's. i eat them all the time now that im in college with no money.

Love them, but they have to have meatballs. It's my favorite lunch snack. I cook at night, so I'm not making anything fancy for lunch.
