I'm attending the concert part of a charity benefit for which the dresscode is 'glamorous attire'. I am unsure about what this means...does this mean that I must wear a ballgown, can I get away with wearing a nice skirt suit? Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

A skirtsuit would be risking it, I think. It would probably be classified more as business wear than glamorous. You don't need to go with a full-on, Princess style ballgown, though. A sleek dress in a rich colour and fabric should work fine.

As an example, here are two dresses that aren't super poofy or complicated, but still very glam and appropriate: 1)http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2898433/0~2376776~2374325~6007363~6007364~6007370?mediumthumbnail=Y&origin=category&searchtype=&pbo=6007370&P=1

2)http://eluxury.com/browse/product_detail.jhtml?styleid=11164529&SectionID=5000

Just avoid sundresses, business attire, etc. Any basic dress can be glammed up with nice accessories, too... heels, cocktail jewellery, evening bags.

NO skirt suit. Evening wear! Glamorous attire typically means long, no cocktail dresses. It doesn't neccessarily have to be a ballgown, think "red carpet."

i do no longer think of Tennis as a sport desires to placed on the form of dresses lady tennis gamers are donning presently. As somebody has reported it hardly seems attractive or appealing. i think of that's frequently for glamor and exposure of the form they're representing.
