I agree that as Canadians and Americans, we should take a stand for our own beliefs. Why do we have to change for the newcomers?

I simply believe that if we're all open for "learning from each other" instead of trying to force our beliefs on another by forcing them to "assimilate" to our own ideas/behavior/beliefs. Why not just accept each other as we all are and integrate each other's beliefs to each other's hearts instead of trying to kill each other's beliefs off? If we say, "Merry Christmas" to each other, we're not insulting anyone.

I will take my stand and wish everyone a Merry Christimas! :-) And by all mean, "Happy All Hallow's Eve" too. Why not! The day after Halloween is All Saints Day, so I will also wish you all "Happy All Saint's Day!" Enjoy life. Learn from each other. Will you take the stand? Or will you let "evil men" control who you are? :> I WILL NEVER CONFORM to the limited boundaries society offers individuals. Enjoy your day, hugs xoxo :x

But they're not checking the number of items that we originally came in with!
I know there's an answer but I can't figure it out. It bugs me. Sometimes I go to an "Old Navy" (No offense, I love Old Navy but we all know of it) or a similar place and have to hunt down a person to unlock the door.

This explanation comes from a question I previously posted, and deleted, because of an unexpecting response from a GUY. What do guys know about shopping, "alejandro". I wish I would have saved and posted it, maybe it would have proven me the fool instead of figuring him to be. But, I doubt it.

How is it that people can be spiteful and cruel to you even if you've suffered badly with depression and have done nothing but support them and be a friend to them. Why do people just turn on you and decide not to be your friend any more? How can they live their lives knowing they have pushed another human being to the depths of despair? Do some people just think more deeply than others?

I have 2 kids,and married to a man who confuses me,sometimes he shows methat he cares,but mostly he ignores me,and abuses me and even hits me badly,and loves hanging around with his friends and lies to me about 90% of things...i know i should get out of this realationship,but i belong to a poor family,and i have no backup,moreso my husband never lets me have financial independence,i am totally dependent on him financially,and if i leave him i dont want to be seperated with my kids,and if i take them with me,how will i fullfill their needs,i am very depressed and over the years have lost all confidence in myself....is suicide the only option...
