I also work with this guy he's in a different part of the building but a few times during the day will come downstairs just for some face time to say hello, will shoot me emails or will want to go to lunch. this definitely doesn't sound like a friend with benefits but I've had the heart to heart talk with him in regards to maybe possibly taking this to a bf level but he keeps claiming that he doesn't want anything serious but continues to call three to six times a day to check in and he just called me a little while ago to say goodnight. We don't actually get together for sex more than once a week but he will come over to watch movies, eat dinner or just hangout and relax.........I swear that sounds more like a bf than a fwb(in denial???)

OK, I asked this a lil while back and was told to post a more detailed question so here goes. I am in North Louisiana and the time is about 3:30 AM. I am facing East. Assuming that directly above me is 0 degrees at about 5 degrees in front of me is the Little Dipper. Just about directly above me. Going down in a straight line from the Little Dipper, still facing East, at about 45 degrees I get to the Big Dipper. Continuing down in a straight line from the Big Dipper I get to a very bright star right above the treetops at about 70 degrees. The Little Dipper, Big Dipper, and this star are all lined up with the Little Dipper being about half again as far from the Big Dipper as this star is. Also going down this imaginary line this bright star is the first bright star below the Big Dipper. Can someone tell me the name of this star (or possibly planet)?

Because technically everything is brainwashing if it convinces you that life has meaning beyond what pleases us. I figure that our lives can only seem purposeful if we lie to ourselves. Religion, art, family, politics, drugs. They serve no other purpose but to dispense endorphins, and it's part of our instincts to desperately seek ways of raising our serotonin level. However, the more we learn, the harder it gets. If religious people have an easier time then why shouldn't we just leave them alone? Even if they turn America into a theocracy, at least we'll have something to fight for (giving us another outlet for more endorphins).

Most of the time I sit home and at school or work, being bored all of the time and having nothing to do. I finish my homework in seconds and other school and home things in seconds.
The people that I know at school tell me that I am becoming more dull by the second and being depressed all the time no one wants to be with me or whatsoever.
Everyone knows my name but when ever I go next to them and talk to them they either look away or just dont say a word.

ok so, I had a peice of furniture fall on top of my hand, It hurts sooooo bad, but, i am not 100% sure its broken..... there is a bit of swelling, and I can move it in certain directions, I CANNOT squeeze anything, or make a fist, it is a bit bruised, it is extremely painfull, and hurts all the time, but heres the thing, I broke a different bone in the same hand, a few years ago, and it swelled like a golf ball was under my skin, and turned dark purple. this time it's different, looking I mean, still hurts really bad.
I know i should just go get it exrayed, but I don't wanna feel stupid, and waste the money if its not broken.... does anyone have any idea? does it have to swell badly when its fractured, or is just a little swelling still a sign, OH and there is a small/med sized lump right under the skin, the lump is kinda hard, and hurts like the devil if i touch it.
its located just under the knucle of my pointer finger..... any ideas?

me and my boyfriend have been dating for nearly 3 years, i am 20 (turning 21 in august) he is 19 (turning 20 in march), we have known each other since year 8 approx 14 years of age. we started going out in year 12 (2004). we now currently live togetther (and have been for the past year) we had a child (but miscarried) and i think i may be pregnant again (but thats a different story) he has proposed to me 3 or 4 times and he has taken it back. He says he loves me and wants to marry me one day. whats he scared of? commitmant? why? im not understanding. is there anything i can do to get him to do it a little quicker?

okay how come women or girls talk about how much they love their boyfriends and how they are love in and how he is the most important thing in their life? Seldom have i heard a guy even mention how important his relationship is with his girl? It seems like girls fall harder for men and hate seeing them get heartbroke. it bothers me how girls always talk about how much the love someone and how important Mr. so and so is in their life and rarely have i heard their boyfriends say the same in return.
