Neither are distracting in the game. Unless they are distracting the D and then its TO, you have to focus on him more b/c he's more versatile. He's way more physical, he's both a possession WR and can stretch the field with great speed. Distracting to their teams, something the media has come up with. The Eagles started off 3-1 last year even with his "distractions"...it was when McNabb started sucking and got hurt that the Eagles went downhill, not b/c of what TO did.
