Is there a by product of this product. Will i need to change my carburator in my car or truck. How much would the mash cost. Are high octanes bad for your engine.

Fuel ethanol is perfectly legal *IF* you get a federal permit to do so. As long as you're a small scale producer, you can make up to 10,000 gallons per year without paying taxes as an "experimental fuel producer." The hitch is that it will have to be rendered undrinkable by adding a small amount of gasoline.
