My friend has two felony charges pending. He has no priors. Would he get a better deal if he hires a private attorny or stick with a public defender. The public defender is not working in his favor. The Public defender is barely working for him. I want positive feed back from people who have experience this situation or can relate to it. thank you

I need some time to be on my own. We've been together several years, and lately, I have developed a small crush on her younger sister. I know I wouldn't want to date her sister b/c she is not my type, but I am really lusting after her. I think it may just be b/c she is supposed to be "forbidden." After I break up with my girlfriend, would it be very wrong to try to go after her sister? I think I may just have a desire to be intimate with this girl, but I'm not sure. One of my friends has been dating a girl for a few months now. It's the worst relationship story: They met on MySpace, and she decided she was in love with him. Before they even met in person, she was sending him love notes and telling people he was the man of her dreams. He agreed that she was insane. Then they ended up at a party together, and they were both drunk and made out, and she told all her friends they were dating. He didn't want to hurt her, so he agreed to go along with it. They've been dating for about 4 months now, and lost their virginity to each other. I've met the girl in person, and it only confirmed that she's a nut. It frustrates me that he doesn't heed my warnings, and I know when he wants to break up with her, she's going to freak out on him, and he'll turn to me for help. How can I show him that she's nuts? Or, when they break up, should I still be there for him, even though I warned him from the very beginning that she was a handful of crazy?
