Yes, I knew two people like that. Both are currently living in their parent's basement.

Yeah. I remember this girl I grew up with. Paris Hilton was her name. She was always going on and on about how she was gonna be famous one day, and all that she would do when that happened.
I wonder what happened to her?

Yes. I've also seen them ten years later after it didn't happen.
I just try to ignore them hoping they will get over it and themselves. When it becomes unbearable, I leave.
