I was told by a learned Muslim that they envoke Jinns in their homes to protect them, but must not put up pictures with eyes for fear of the Jinns using them to look through.
Most don't keep pet dogs around because they can see the Jinns and will react. Can anyone sanction this?

I've heard people debate about this a lot whilst talking about relationships and, although I think it's best to be open with one's boyfriend / girlfriend / whatever, I was wanting your opinion.

I, for example, am bisexual, -yet-, if I was ever to go out with a guy, would it be 'right' for me to inform him of my sexuality / history with other girls or should I keep such a thing 'under wraps'? I recently read something about a girl breaking up with a boy because he had had relations with another male in the past and that disgusted her that she had not known. Would this neccasarily be a problem in an average relationship? I understand that it would probably be significantly awkward for anyone that the person has been in a relationship with to learn of their partner's sexuality later on, but still.

Is this something to keep private? I know that it's not best for me to keep secrets OR blurt it out to the world, but I was wondering about your view on the matter.

Help me out here?

I am looking to try to have my poetry published or to self publish. Just looking for some exposure, not looking to get paid, if I do, well that is a bonus! All the sites I have found, require me to pay. I do not have alot of money, Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get published, free magazines, etc so I can get my name out? I have a boyfriend and he constantly tells me that he loves me, but I don't want to say it to him, because I do not know whether it is just affection or real love? Hippo had the worst hangover last night after raiding Mrs Pilkintons sherry cabinet.

How to make me look more photogenic with makeup.
I'm not photogenic at all.
I'm chinese, my black eyes are uneven and have minimum makeup kit.
My face is oval-shaped and I don't wear spectacles.

It's one time shot, I won't be able to talk to the photographer. It's a group photo that I will have to show the colleges that I want to be admitted into.

I left University half way though an MPhys Theoretical Physics degree last year due to family reasons. I have now transfered credit from that degree to one in Mathematics with the Open University which I'll be finishing in about two years time.
My problem is this, what do I do in the meantime for work? Are there any job out there which require A Levels in Mathematics and Physics?
I know there are plenty of crappy jobs (supermarket work etc), but I feel like I'm at a point in my life where I would like a job that utilises my qualifications and would actually be worth putting on the CV.
Any ideas?
