what is the best account to have my £600,000 inheritance put into?

I was involved in a car crash accident it was the other drivers fault they passed a stop sign and hit me but??

I screamed at the other driver which was a women and when the police got to the scene she told them i physically assaulted her. So i got the police report and none of the assault thing was in thier. My question is if I was going to be charged with the assault thing ( which i didnt commit ) will it have showed up in the police reprot or she had to do a separate thing for that????????? really worried only serioous answers please............

how can i get over him? (someone please help)?
