Is the criticism just part of Christian persecution of all religions that are not Christians. Have Christianity not done bad things in its history? What exactly have scientology done so bad in its last 5 years? Can someone please answer this question.

OK, major issue here. We have a Dell Dimension E510, and it just plain refuses to start-up, it only displays the big blue "DELL" text, and the progress bar at the bottom.

I called Dell, and they told me to unplug everything, and remove the memory cards. Now when I try to boot up the computer, there are six annoying beeps, then nothing.

If it matters, we got this computer three months ago, and it has Windows XP Media Center. No new hardware or anything like that, just randomly broke :(

About 6 months ago, I met Kim. At first, she said to me: "You're good looking and all, but I don't think I could ever date you because you seem too self-assured." At that point, I told her: "You'll spend the night at some point, and when you do, the next morning you'll be screaming from my kitchen--'what would you like for breakfast.'" I was hoping that she'd forget what I said. Well, last night, Kim did spend the night and I turned her out for like 6 1/2 hours and guess what?--she must have forgotten what I said because she cooked me breakfast this morning. I just reminded her of what I said that night, and her eyes opened wide, her mouth dropped, and she said: "Wow, you did say that didn't you. You're a rotten bastard for reminding me." Anyway, I replied: "I told you so." Was that wrong of me?--actually, I couldn't care less what you ladies think. I'm laughing hysterically and she just ran out to get some things to make dinner too. no religious book or religion or even the existance of a Diety can be proven in anyway. so why do people take their religions to be literally correct by all means? why are people becoming more and more fundamentalis (specially muslims)? could this be the sign of the death of God as rudolph Bultmann claimed?
All religions are dying under the hammer of science and new thinking and ethics. lots of people just cant welcome the idea that God is not a being, and could this be the reason why most are turning towards extremism?
