My son (almost a year old) wakes from his sleep and goes straight to crying. Wether it's waking in the morning or from his two daily naps... he's always howling. How can I break him from this habit? I've tried letting him cry for a few minutes... placed toys in his crib to keep him occupied when he wakes... I've even stood by his door to catch him as soon as he wakes before he wails to counter the act... but nothing seems to work. Do you have the same problems? Suggestions would be appreciated.

I thought I was pregnant, HTP showed negitives, my period came (5 days late) it has been a little unusual, as far a s cramps are worse, blood is a lighter shade of red. and blood clots are present as usual.

However before my period and the day i started, i had such a bad headache, and no matter wehat i too it wouldnt go away.

Anyways, my question is That, i have schedualed a Blood Pregnancy Test and i want to know when is the best time to go. I am currently on my period. Will that affect the results of the blood test? Will a positive show if i am currently on my period? Will it result in a false reading?

i have recently began birth control, and ive been on it for 10 consequtive days now, (havent missed a pill) it made me sick for the first week or so, im starting to feel better as far as the nausea goes and the headaches...but it DID make me break out in acne.(and i had breakthrough bleeding for a week)..but im expiriencing alot of lower back pain and cramps..it cannot be my period i just had it a little over a week ago..so my first thought was maybe im pregnant, but i took two tests that both said negative...i was wondering if perhaps i had endometriosis** and how i could get diagnosed, because im on medicaid and can only go to a family doctor (Gp,General practice) how would they go about finding out whats wrong

I just read a poem on here that I really enjoyed. It was very dark, and therefore not for everyone. (One person said it wasn't poetry, and that the author should write about birds, trees, and flowers.)

While everyone's opinion is valid, and they are free to say they don't like something, does a negative opinion mean it's not poetry? Or not art?
