like when i run setup, it won't let be actually install anything

There are ways to do it....depends on how much knowledge you got. First of all...know what rights you have on that PC....who is blocking you....local PC admin or Domain admin?
Do some readings here....U will find helpfull links which you can use....

FYI....depending on your company....you can loose your job if you violate and compromise your computer network security...so be carefull.

the pc has a secure practices protocol, on the prompt i'm unable to maintain in recommendations the call yet even as ever any software tries to position in it notifies you and is going through the admin component. that is so undesirable courses wont installation without you understanding about it

As long as it only installs to your user hive in the registry and to a location in the filesystem that you have permissions to then it should allow you to install.

It's when an install needs permissions to a place that normal users don't normally have permissions that you generally run into problems (usually the registry, filesystem, creating a service, etc.). In such cases you must run the install with an administrative user or one with elevated rights.

If the program add registry entries or copy files to the system directory is not possible without a local Administrator Account.

You don't. That is why they are called privileges. It is the inherent security value of having different account levels.

go into user accounts in control panel and become administrator u can change it in there
