my boss sacked me. I asked for my money. He refused. He now says ok to the money, but he wants to counter claim for breach of contract. the contract, (non existent in this term of employment) says I must sign claim forms for him to receive funding from DWP. At the time of my dismissal, he informed me that I was not funded by DWP any longer. can he insist on my signing the forms? I can't prove that he said I was no longer funded by DWP, he is also lying about other matters. Please help. cannot get Legal Aid for employment law, and other solicitors appear reluctant to fight one of their own.
