you can keep and use tinned stuff but all else even in a freezer should be thrown

Contact your local fire department or health department. I would imagine both have run into this question. The temperature of any fire is very high, meaning the canned foods were likely recooked in the cans. If you have insurance to cover your loss, I'd play it safe, pitch it all and include it in the value of your loss to your insurance.

When we had a fire in our home we where told to throw all of it away because of the toxins the smoke releases
