I am 5' 9" ish, 145 lbs, male. All i can find is weight lose programs. I need a weight gain, and muscel mass gain program. Plz help me with the routine, food, and supplements. Also does anyone know a legal and safe way to get my adreniline pumping so i can lift harder. It seems i just cant get pissed off enough. Also, I need a cardio plan to get my abs back. I used to wrestle so i can diet and workout. I just need someone to help me with a plan. Hopefully a plan that includes when i should up my lifting wieght and by how much. Plz put time into ure answers, ty very much for those who reply. Also if you live in the Kansas city area, a good gym besides 24 hour, and golds.

I've been contacted by a man in UK saying that there is an account in a bank there with 23 million pounds in it and no family members are alive to claim it. He asked if I would pose as next of kin.... I'm not a dishonest person, but he said there where no risks of getting caught. He had a "lawyer" contact me to set up the transfer, but first I have to fill in forms and email them to the bank..... I'm so on the fence about this. Scared and unwilling ..... don't want to go to prison..... ( 50% for him, 10% for expenses, and 40& for me )

ok women have fought for over a hundred years effectively so that they are treated the same as men, with the same rights etc. He's one thing that gets me however didn't men pay for dates, weddings bills whatever...because women were paid less...and now that women earned relatively the same as men shouldn't women now pay for themselves? I'm not being rude it's just that society is screwed up women shouldn't expect men to pay for them when they're suposed to be independant people...i'm gona stop now...ok basically should women pay their own way now that times have changed?

I have this idea for a small business for pregnant women: selling items like clothes, books, videos, maganizes, etc...the thing is I have no money to start with. I am have received one mail in my account with an attachment W32.Blackmal.E@mm!enc and subject line: Junior Consultants for Research Project in Ignou. Is it a virus? Though I have neither downloaded nor deleted it from my mail box, but the question , how had the sender knew me as an IGNOU student, kept me in a dilemma, if I should delete the file or not. However, the yahoo virus scan reported the attachment being VIRUS. What should I do.

Has any of you who ***** about illegals EVER read the US laws on immigration?
I did. The only ways to become a citizen is to marry someone for papers or to win a lottery. Adoption works if you have no living parents and you are under 18...
So all this whining " oh, they should come legally" is nonsense!!!
Why dodn't you read your laws before you speak?
