I need for someone thats already stop smoking tell me whats their secret? I wont to stop.

...its an addiction, so you may find 'replacing' it, or substitution will work better as a 1st step.

I did it with chocolate. Didn't think i could stop eating it - then just made the decision that if I felt like a bar, id have a bit of fruit instead...

It is now a running joke amongst all my family and friends that I eat soo much fruit. Lets just say I get my 5 a day. :)

Its healthier and I am slowly weening off having so much of the fruit too.

Sooo... if you want, try the fruit (grapes are best cause they are bite-size. Get a pang, eat a grape. lol

Or there is chewing gum... you choose.

I quit about 4 months ago. IT was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through. Including going through childbirth twice. It takes extreme will-power. And it will take awhile. Depending on how long you have smoked, you will experience different things. I went through major withdrawal. I didn't eat or sleep much at all. I was nauseous all the time. Very b*tchy too.

I tried to quit for several years. You have to fool yourself. I kept saying "I have to quit smoking, I have to quit smoking. all my life I was taught not to be a quitter, so I changed my thoughts to I need to stop smoking, that worked for me. You seem to be in the same state of mind. Just stop, now, not later, not after this cigarette, not when your done with this pack, not only when I'm drinking, or after a good meal or sex. STOP NOW !!
