ok my girlfriend does not remember the last time she had her period and we seem to think that she should have it either now or she is a week late. now she has been under some extrem stress lately i mean school job shes moving her family and plus shes worried bout this. ok now yesterday she came up to me and said that she gained 4 pounds that day which i know that its way to early for her to be gaining weight at this time. but also last night she was cranky which i thought was good because usally she gets like that when her period is coming but the thing that threw me off was she was crying bout everything and it wasnt normal idk if its form the stress or what. but today came and she was having some bad headaces and all but then she got somethin like a period but it was very light and was pink but i read that this could be an Implantation Bleeding so were both a little worried right now and i am tryin to find out as much as i can from ur exp what do u think is she preg or not.plzhelp ty

I have an outer ear infection which seems to be pretty bad. My whole ear is swollen and so is a lot of my neck around. I went to the doctor Sat. and he gave me antibiotics and Tylenol 3 for the pain...which doesn't work...so I have been using some advil instead. I use a warm cloth for the pain...but do you have any other ideas...I would love to be pain free...if only for a few minutes!

I live in Tokyo for 3 weeks now. Japanese people working with me or visiting me noticed that my lights are too dimmed (and they are not). Than I looked arround a little closer and saw that every japanese apartment or every office, and all lights around me are always blasing strong. Also, we know that the entire Asia has always very bright street lights and panels...
Why is that?

Can it have anything to do with Japanese/Asian genetic setting? Namely, we know that their ancestors came down from far north, and there the lights (with snow and reflections) are much stronger, so it can be that the eyes evolved towards being slightly less light sensitive.

Can somebody elaborate on this, or recommend an internet source?

My dad works, but on his days off he gets drunk.. We usually end up fighting while he's drunk. About 2 years ago he went to an alcoholic annonymous meeting and he stayed sober for about a month.. Then said he was only going to have one beer, then he went back to his normal routine. He always starts arguments with me when he's drunk about little things and ive told him he has an alcohol problems, and he also knows that he does and he won't do anything about it. Some of the things he says when he's drunk are really hurtful and i'm actually relieved by the end of the night when he's passed out on the chair or sofa.. I think he drinks because his mother had alsigma's, and couldn't remember who we are when we either rang her up, or went to see her.. she died late last year and his drinking has become more and more out of control.. i usually ignore him now, when he's drunk but i just want him to stop! What can i do.. I'm 16 also and ive always thought about moving out of home.

I have a brother who'd serously ill, being divorced with his wife, left home with nothing several years ago, His wife, also left home without any notice, leaving their children( a 6 year-old boy and a 8year-old girl) at home. My mom and I had to take good care of their children year by year. However, my mum is nearly 70 years old now and has no incomes at all, and I have supported the whole family for nearly 5 years. Now I am jobless and I find it hard to support a big family like this, I've been a bit tired of supporting my nephew and niece because I really cannot afford their schooling every year at present. (Although their expenditure is only 1000 USD a year at present.) What shall i do now? How should I continue to support my lovely niece and nephew? Where can I get support for them? If Jesus and God are the same people then who the heck was he speaking too? He said "I want YOUR will, not MINE". Doesn't that mean there to seperate people? How can the same person have differant wants? And if your the same person why say father? Why not just say "ME!! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me"?

I registered with the IN Workforce office. I went to an interview and was hired. The job description was $16-$24 hr. deliverying advertising material. Must have own vehichle. After 2 weeks of solid work, my employer told me to hold on his contract fell through for the project. I gave weekly reports of what I was doing with a break down of mileage and expenses. My expenses only included a cell phone which they agreed to reimburse me for. May 1st I started, May 15th they told me to hold on. I have never been reimbursed or paid for anything. What do I do? My employer never returned my phone calls or answeres emails.
